Shop Policies

1. Deposits

We require a deposit for ALL appointments. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE regardless of how much you put down towards the piece. Any payment given to us in advance is considered part of your deposit and will be non refundable as well. Minimum deposits are $100 and will come off the price of the completed tattoo when you come in for your appointment. If the tattoo requires more than one session, the deposit will come off of the last session. Deposits may be moved if you notify us, at lease 24 hours, PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, that you need to reschedule. If you choose to no call/no show on your appointment, meaning you do not give notice that you will not be coming in and you do not show up for the appointment, or you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your deposit is automatically forfeit. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

2. Photo ID

We require a valid form of photo ID for all new clients. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

3. Minors

We may agree to tattoo clients who are 16 or 17 IF BOTH biological parents or legal guardians are present and BOTH sign in addition to the minor. We will also need a valid birth certificate as well as a legal ID for the minor and both parent's IDs as well. If it is a matter of legal guardianship, we would need to see those papers as well. If you have any questions please ask.

 

4. Don’t be stupid

We will not tattoo you if you are pregnant, breast feeding, drunk, high, or under the influence of anything that may impair your judgement. If you are on a medication that may make you bleed more than normal, please notify us prior to the appointment as we may request a drs note just as a safety precaution prior to agreeing to tattoo you. If you are prone to passing out, epilepsy or any kind of seizure, please let us know prior to any procedure. If you have any kind of communicable disease, such as HIV, Hep B/C, etc., we will require a dr's note in order to asses if you are healthy enough to get tattooed prior to your appointment. We don't want to cause any harm to you.  If you have any questions on that matter please don't hesitate to ask.
